Stroke of Good Fortune. My wife and I were in the yard with a tape-measure calculating how much grass we’d need to sod the yard. In a flash of serendipity, Jose with Year Round happened to be driving by, sees us and stopped. We explained our needs. Jose calculated a price and we agreed on the terms. That was a Thursday. Year Round crew returned the next morning. At the stated time the crew started preparing the yard (showing up on time- this in and of itself is a sign of a great contractor). Jose said they would return Monday at 8:00 am to put down the grass. Just before 8, the trucks rolled up, loaded with 12 pallets of grass. By the end of the day the yard was covered. We could not have been more pleased with the service Jose and his crew at Year Round gave us. Jose will be our first call for any future lawn, tree or gardening needs. See more See less
